Greetings!
My name is Victoria Johnson and I am a current undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My experiences at Chapel Hill have given me clarity on my passions which include connecting and advocating for people, writing and being creative. Which is why I am currently pursuing majors in Psychology and Media and Journalism where I am exposed to groundbreaking research and award winning journalists. At UNC I am a member of the undergraduate student government under policy and program implementation where we have brought to campus initiatives such as the Distinguished Lectureship with Dean Erika James.
Towards the Future…
After my graduation I hope to start my journey into medical school to become a doctor. I realize health has been one of my passions that I have maintained throughout the years while gaining other ones. With my degrees in Psychology and Media and Journalism I want to combine the efforts in some form whether it be sharing my knowledge over a medium through videos, blogs, podcasts, etc. I am also big on advocacy, so whatever path I choose I hope to bring awareness to inequalities that take place over education, race, and food insecurity.
